プライバシーポリシー

  1. ODNJPが取得した個人情報は原則としてそれぞれのイベント（トレーニングコース、ワークショップを含む）の事務処理のためにのみ使用します。それ以外の目的で使用する場合には、事前に目的を明示します。
  2. ODNJP主催のイベントでは、記録のため、録画・撮影・録音させていただくことがあります。写真に関しては、個人が特定されないように配慮した形でイベント報告のためにウェブや報告書などで使用させていただくことがあります。個人が特定される写真・録画に関しては、ご本人の承諾を得た上で使用させていただきます。公開されている写真などについて疑義がある場合には、ODNJPにご連絡ください。

イベントご参加にあたってのお願い

  1.  ODNJP主催のイベントを主催者の許可なく参加者が撮影・録画・録音することはご遠慮ください。ただしイベントの参加者同士や講演者と撮影した写真について、写っている方の承諾が得られている場合には、プライバシーの保護に十分ご注意いただいた上でSNS等に公開することは自由に行っていただいてかまいません。
  2. ODNJPのイベントで配布した資料などの二次配布やSNSでの公開などもご遠慮ください。プライバシーの保護に十分ご注意いただいた上でイベント内容について紹介したり感想を述べたりしていただくことは、もちろんかまいません。ただし事例報告などの事例について直接ご紹介することはお控えください。その他イベント内容の紹介をご遠慮いただく必要がある場合には、イベントごとにお知らせいたします。
  3. ODNJP主催のイベント等の運営に問題があると感じられ、またODNJPに何らかの対応をとって欲しいと思われた場合には、HPの「お問合せ」ページのフォームを用いて事務局にご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy

  1. Personal information collected by ODNJP will be used only for the purpose clarified for each event (including training courses and workshops).
  2. At events hosted by ODNJP, we may record and shoot. Photographs may be used on the web or in reports for event reporting in a way that does not identify individuals. Personally identifiable photos and recordings will be used with the consent of the person. If you have any doubts about the published photos, please contact ODNJP.

Request to participants

  1. Please obtain the permission of the organizer if you want to shoot or record an event hosted by ODNP. As a general rule, it is prohibited to give the photos taken to a third party or publish them on SNS. If you need it, please contact ODNJP However, if the consent of the person in the photo is obtained from the participants of the event or with the speaker, you are free to publish it on SNS etc. after paying sufficient attention to the protection of privacy.
  2. As a general rule, secondary distribution of materials distributed at ODNJP events and publication on SNS are prohibited. Of course, it is okay to introduce the contents of the event and give your impressions after paying sufficient attention to the protection of privacy. However, please refrain from directly introducing case reports. If you need to refrain from introducing other event contents, we will inform you for each event.
  3. If you feel that there is a problem with the operation of events hosted by ODNJP and if you would like ODNJP to take some action, please contact the ODNJP secretariat.
