Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected by ODNJP will be used only for the purpose clarified for each event (including training courses and workshops).
- At events hosted by ODNJP, we may record and shoot. Photographs may be used on the web or in reports for event reporting in a way that does not identify individuals. Personally identifiable
photos and recordings will be used with the consent of the person. If you have any doubts about the published photos, please contact ODNJP.
Request to participants
- Please obtain the permission of the organizer if you want to shoot or record an event hosted by ODNP. As a general rule, it is prohibited to give the photos taken to a third party or publish
them on SNS. If you need it, please contact ODNJP However, if the consent of the person in the photo is obtained from the participants of the event or with the speaker, you are free to publish it
on SNS etc. after paying sufficient attention to the protection of privacy.
- As a general rule, secondary distribution of materials distributed at ODNJP events and publication on SNS are prohibited. Of course, it is okay to introduce the contents of the event and give
your impressions after paying sufficient attention to the protection of privacy. However, please refrain from directly introducing case reports. If you need to refrain from introducing other
event contents, we will inform you for each event.
- If you feel that there is a problem with the operation of events hosted by ODNJP and if you would like ODNJP to take some action, please contact the ODNJP secretariat.
